Our Alsacian Wine estate : Domaine Bott-Geyl
The estate has been handed down from generation to generation since 1775 in the heart of Alsace. Jean Christophe and his wife are committed to keeping the family traditions alive in this 15-hectare organic and biodynamic estate. The estate produces great local wines. Sleeping in their fully equipped loft with a breathtaking view of the vineyard and above the cellars is sure to take you to the heart of Alsace.
The + of the estate ? Organic and biodynamic agriculture, large terrace with view on the vineyards, lodging above the cellars of the domain.
Why did we choose it? Because of its unique setting !
Our wine estate in Bordeaux : Château de Bonhoste
The Château de Bonhoste, a family property for 5 generations, offers you to stay in real tuns. Independent winegrowers, you will be able to taste their wines, visit their domain and their cellars.
The + of the domain ? Night in real tuns, unique concept in the world, certified High Environmental Value.
Why did we choose it? Because we love the unusual side of sleeping in tuns!
Our wine estate in Val de Loire : Vignobles Marchais
The Marchais family welcomes you to the Marchais Vineyard, 10 minutes from Nantes in the heart of Muscadet, for a night in a barrel, an atypical accommodation in the vineyards (for 2 or 4 people). The reservation includes a tasting of Loire Valley wines and a gourmet breakfast that will be served in the cellar. Unusual accommodation for sure…

Why did we choose it? For the Muscadet appellation! Muscadet is a dry white wine, made from a unique grape variety, the melon de Bourgogne, and is much more than what we think of it.
Our wine estate in Burgundy : Villa Louise in Aloxe Corton
The Perrin family welcomes you to this charming 17th century hotel located in Aloxe Corton in the north of the Côte de Beaune and a few minutes from the famous hospices. A moment of calm and charm to live in the heart of one of the most famous vineyards in the world.
The + of the domain ? Located north of Beaune, a few minutes from the Hospices de Beaune, small indoor swimming pool, sauna and hammam and bike rental from the hotel.
Why did we choose it ? For its wine village Aloxe Corton, not to be missed in the heart of the Grands Crus of Burgundy!
Our wine estate in the South West : Château Viella
The Bortolussi family has been maintaining and renovating this charming gîte for 4 generations, in the outbuildings of an 18th century castle, in the heart of the Madiran appellation, 1 hour from Pau and the Pyrenees. A magnificent property where you can discover the wines of this appellation and of Pacherenc du Vic Bilh.
The + of the domain ? HVE certified estate, open all year round, walking trail “les jardins d’Aure”, production of wine vinegar and liqueur wine.
Why did we choose it ? Because it is part of the Madiran appellation, very powerful and full-bodied red wines from the South West.
Our wine estate in Provence : Château La Castille
Magnificent religious residence where wine growers and gardeners, seminarians and nuns live together… A unique place preserved by the Diocese of Fréjus-Toulon and bearing this name since the 16th century. We like the atypical aspect of sleeping in a winegrower’s house and at the same time in the house of nuns.
Château La Castille is one of the oldest domains in Provence, where vines have been planted since the 16th century. 160 hectares of vines in AOP Côtes de Provence and IGP Var.
The + of the estate ? Production with High Environmental Value, ecclesiastical place where winegrowers and nuns live together.
Why did we choose it ? Because to fully enjoy an unusual stay, nothing beats a night in an atypical place such as a convent!
Our wine estate in the Alps : Château de la Mar
Discover a little-known wine region by staying at the beautiful Château de la Mar in Savoie and learn more about the history of the region and the production of its wines.
Dating back to 1244, the Château de la Mar is steeped in history. The estate was owned by the Counts of Mareste. In 1432, Humbert de Mareste, a famous crusader, escorted the Princess of Cyprus, Anne de Lucignan, to her wedding with the Duke of Savoy. He brought back vine plants that he named in his honor “Altesse” and it is in homage to the count that the hillside was named “Marestel”.
The + of the domain ? Domain in an unexpected place, restored 13th century castle, vineyard in the mountains.

Our wine estate in Languedoc : Village & Château Castigno
With the Village & Château Castigno, Marc and Tine Verstraete have imagined, in a small village in the mountains of Languedoc, a boutique-hotel and guest rooms scattered in former stables and grape pickers’ houses. Restaurants, bars, swimming pools, tastings, workshops and courses, relaxing treatments…
The + of the domain ? A unique and colorful village built around the hotel and the guest rooms, being able to sleep in former rooms designed to accommodate grape pickers, the multiplicity of offers on site, all services are accessible on foot.
Why did we choose it? We like the fact that it is a village, with all the necessary services… nothing more convivial!
Our wine estate in Rhône Valley : Mas de Plein Pagnier
Geneviève Marchesi welcomes guests to the Mas de Plein Pagnier, an estate in the Rhone Valley (AOC Ventoux) that has been certified in organic farming since 1991 and in biodynamic farming since 2010. Accommodation: 3 guest rooms for 2 persons with swimming pool, terraces and view on the vineyards and the summit of Mont Ventoux.
The + of the domain ? At the foot of Mont Ventoux, production of other local specialties, modern design.
Why did we choose it ? The setting, the biodynamic work, the production of olive oil… to discover!
Our wine estate in Champagne : Manoir Henri Giraud
The Champagne Henri Giraud house is a family house since 1625, installed on the famous vineyard of Aÿ-Champagne. The Manoir Henri Giraud is the guest house of the estate. Here you can practice Craÿothérapie® by relaxing in a chalk bath, an experience with revitalizing and relaxing properties.
The + of the domain ? The @Crayotherapy: concept registered by the estate, wrap, Champagne chalk bath and grape seed oil massage; terroir bath; 16th most admired Champagne brand in the world.
Why did we choose it? For the @Crayotherapy concept created by this famous vineyard spread over several generations.
Our wine estate in Roussillon: Château Valmy
A 19th century castle, built on the foothills of the Albères, and offering a breathtaking view of the vineyard, the sea, the Roussillon plain and the Pyrenees… Wines in Rivesaltes and Côtes du Roussillon appellation.
